Great location in the very centre of the old part of Barcelona only meters from Place de Merce and 350 meters from La Ramler ( the most famous shopping Street of Barcelona ) in a very quiet side street ,in a new building with elevator and easy access for families and senior citizen . The apartment is on the first floor and has a large living room with a 22 cm TV with cable connection, and stereo system with CD and cassette and radio and 2 loud speakers , with an American kitchen with stove and micro wave , the kitchen has lots of kitchen utilities and pots etc, enough to cook very well for 6 people ! There are 2 bed rooms ,one with a double bed and one with two single beds ,and the couch in the living room can sleep 2 more . We do provide good quality linens and towels at no extra charge. The apartment has a bathroom with a big mirror and lots of light as well as plenty of hot water and a bathtub and shower . Most of the floors are wooden parquet and all rooms have central heating for the few days in the winter where the city gets cold . In front of each window and on the terrace we will plant lots of flowers and we will have two trees growing in boxes on the terrace.

• We do provide good quality linens and towels at no extra charge, also we can provide local cell phones for 6 Euros per day ,please request in advance . Also let us know if you need a child bed or bring animals ( dogs and cats are no problem as long as small and well behaving

Great location in the very centre of the old part of Barcelona only meters from Place de Merce and 350 meters from La Ramler ( the most famous shopping Street of Barcelona ) . There are two parking garages within a few hundred meters and lots of fine restaurants and bars just around the corner . Via Ample has a large variety of great places as well as Place de George Orwell ( 50 meters ) with a laundry and an Internet Café . Also just 5 minutes walk to the big yacht harbour and from that a beautiful stroll to the beach in less than 10 minutes . The next subway station is less than 500 meters away near La Ramler ,and each guest will receive a detailed map with all recommended restaurants ,bars and discos as well as museums and other attractions upon confirmation of his reservation. Locate this property on a map !!!

I'm writing to express my thanks to you for a wonderful stay in Barcelona, mostly due to the apartment you provided. It was clean, convenient (in more ways than one), was well furnished, had a clean bathroom
and due to all the kitchenware and utensils even us guys managed to cook some good meals. Also thanks to your advice and the lovely Graciela we managed to see most of the sights around the city centre, i.e. the port, the GREAT La Rambla, Born, the Gaudi buildings and night-clubs. All this without the use of our rent-a-car, which was parked up majority of the timeI know that I'll be visiting Barcelona in the near future (Canaletas fountain), only this time I won't have the headache of spending numerous hours looking for a decent accommodation.

- We do require a credit card to hold any reservation and charge the first night to this card, than we do ask for a wire deposit of 30% of the total rental amount within 7 days.The balance of the rental is due in cash on arrival.
