- Great apartment that will make you feel like at home. That
apartment has a unique atmosphere with its originals walls and
it’s fully covered with parket. The american kitchen and
the big living room gives you one unique space of 40 m2 to share
time and conversation when someone is cooking.
The first thing you will notice is the TRANQUILITY of
the apartment. The kitchen is fully equiped with a combi fridge,
microwave, oven, toaster, dishwasher machine and all the dishes
and plates you may need. The cosy bathroom is equiped with shower.
The living room has a special touch with its huge library equiped
with TV 21” with SATELITTE, Video and CD/ radio
and his comfortable sofa. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double
bed and the other one with 2 twin beds and both with a wardrobe
to put all your clothes. All the apartment is equiped with HEATING
for the winter (more comfortable) and AIR
CONDITIONING for the summer. We also provide you
a washing machine, an iron and ironboard. A free cot for a child
is available if needed. A the beginning of the stay we supply
you with clean towels and sheets. We make the cleaning of the
apartment once a week (or more often on request). All costs
are included.(water and electricity).

The
location is excellent and very central just at a 5 min. walk
from the famous SAGRADA FAMILIA, the cathedral from Gaudi (area
eixample) in the center of Barcelona. Near the Sagrada Familia
you will find a bus stop to take the TOURISTIC BUS. At only
a 5 minuts walk you can find the “Avenue Gaudi” ,
a pleasant avenue very apreciated for the spanish people, with
a lot of restaurants and terraces to take a drink and observe
the lighting of the cathedral by night (you can’t miss
it). An other interesting place and also a stop of the modernist
route (like the Sagrada Familia) is the HOSPITAL SAN PAU, surely
the most extravagant hospital you’ll ever seen.
The area is especially safe and quiet. At only 20 meters
from the apartment you will find 3 supermarkets, an excellent
bakery that makes delicious croissants for your breakfast, biologic
shop, a fresh pasta shop and all the comodities you may need
to make easier your stay. Close to the apartment you will also
find few interesting restaurants, a seafood one with one of
the best octupussy (pulpo a la gallega) of Barcelona, a traditional
one in a old house from the last century and if you want to
try exotic food we are at 30 meters of the only tibetan restaurant
in Barcelona. From our apartment you can reach all the areas
of Barcelona in a very short time. There are 2 metro lines (L-Lilac
(II) et L-blue (V) at a 2 min walk from the apartment that lead
you directy to the Plaza Catalunya (Old City) 15 min or Pº
de Gracia (10 min) . If you want to go to the beach you have
also a direct bus that last around 15- 20 min.
Finally if you come by car we can provide you a FREE PARKING,
and if it’s already occupied there is a private car park
at just 30 meters.
