Central apartment, brand new, and perfect for 2 - 6 guests!! A short stroll from "Las Ramblas" and all the best tourist attractions. At the mouth of the street is the new "Rambla del Raval" - a wide Mediterranean avenue, lined with palm trees.
This newly brand new apartment (2005) is on the second floor. There is a lift/elevator, despite being in the old town - few buildings here have lifts. The apartment itself has 50m² and enjoys a lot of natural sunlight throughout the day, due to the fact that there are no neighbours behind, and there are large windows and balcony doors. The apartment is also AIR-CONDITIONED. The apartment is fully furnished with everything we think you will need for a comfortable stay here in our city. There is a full kitchen with fridge/freezer, washer, oven, gas hob, and all brand new cooking utensils and crockery. There is a dining area, with a designer extendable glass table and chairs.
There are two bedrooms and there is also another double sofa bed in the lounge, and a single sofa bed, too. Fresh sheets and towels are, of course, provided. There is a colour television set in the living room and a DVD player. The bathroom has a toilet a brand new hydromassage shower, and sink with a large vanity mirror.
There are three metro lines serving the flat, (LICEU, DRASSANES[L3]and SAN ANTONIO [L2])all of which are a short 5 minute stroll from the flat and metro maps with other tourist information will be waiting for you in the flat. As an Englishman living here, I have prepared a ? Welcome Pack ? with useful local information, recommended restaurants, bars, pubs and clubs, and tons of other information you won't find in any guidebooks!! Discount Parking in the same street can be offered, and any local tourist information, reservation calls (restaurants, theatre, discothèques etc.) can be made by landlord (English and Spanish spoken)... |
