Ribera area, known simply as ‘El Born’ (gothic quarter).
The apartment is just 50 meters from Picasso Museum and Gothic
Basilica Santa Maria del Mar. ‘El Born’ is where just
about everything fashionable is happening now- in art, clothes,
interior decoration, smart restaurants, cool cocktail lounges.
The apartment also very close from other main attractions: just
10 minutes walking from Las Ramblas, 5 minutes walking from
The Cathedral and very close from Barceloneta Beach.
Subway Station (Line 4) is less than 300 meters.

I
have just returned from a few days in Barcelona to celebrate
a birthday with friends and feel strongly that the Picasso Number
1 apartment warrants recognition for the high standards throughout
the apartment.
The apartments location ticks all the right boxes, close to
the attractions and transport system and yet within walking
distance of many of the bars and restaurants frequented by the
local population. This was my first visit to Barcelona and I
feel that the trip was enhanced by the high standard of cleanliness
and facilities within the Picasso 1 a true oasis in the heart
of a vibrant city.

Just a short note to say how much we enjoyed staying in your
very comfortable apartment. It is not only a very pleasant place
to stay but the surrounding area is a wonderful mix of shops
and restaurants.
