This apartment is situated in the very heart of the city, next
to the "Placa Real" and next to Las Ramblas, in the
Gothic Quarter.
The apartment block has a recently refurbished facade, and is
situated on the first floor, with an elevator, too. Upon entering
the apartment, the typical stlye of the Gothic Quarter buildings
can be noted. High
ceilings, and the balconies to the pedestrian streets characterise
such apartments. There is a single room, directly in front of
the bathroom. The full bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet
and bidet, and sink.
Next to the bathroom is also a seperate toilet, too. Moving
along the passage, is the double bedroom, with ample cupboards,
and window, like the sigle room, too. To the right is a fully
equipped kitchen, with
brand new cooker, washing machine, toaster, kettle, etc. There
is a gas hob/cooker top, and also a kitchen table with chairs.
The final bedroom has large balcony doors, and two bunk beds,
for 4 people to sleep. There is also a large cupboard. Finally
the grand living room. There is a foldable table, for up to
8 people to eat, directly in front of the balcony doors. Then
two sofas in the living, situated in front of the living room
unit, with colour television and music stereo. Fresh towels
and bed linens are provided. |

The
location of the apartment is perfect. Just a minute walk to
"Las Ramblas", and the adjoining "Placa Real"
(Royal Square), is always a bustling mixture of locals and tourists,
sitting in the sun in many of the pavement cafés and
bars. Explore the Gothic Quarter around you, with the Cathedral,
many individual shops and restaurants, the Picasso Museum, and
the world famous "Ramblas". From here, journey down
to the Port, to visit the Maremagnum shopping mall, the harbour,
the city's aquarium, and IMAX cinema.
Or venture north, to the city's main square, Placa Catalunya,
and Paseo de Gracia, to see some of Gaudi's unmistakeable works.
All in all, a great apartment, and a great location !!
