Lepanto
apartment is a first floor apartment with two double bedrooms
to sleep up to 4 people comfortably. The apartment is on the
first floor with no elevator, and is situated in the "eixample
derecho" neighbourhood. The apartment ha s a full kitchen,
with oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer, cooker
top/hob, and all the cooking utensils needed to cook meals during
the stay. The living room has a dining room table and 4 chairs
to one side of the room, and a sofa "L" shape facing
the TV. The bathroom is new, with a bath with shower, toilet,
sink and mirror. There are two bedrooms, both with double beds.
One bedroom has in-built mirrored wardrobes, with plenty of
spac to hang clothes. In between the two bedrooms is an office
room, with a desk and chair

The
Lepanto apartment is very central, just 5 minutes from the apartment
is the "Arc de Triomf", where you will also find the
nearest metro stop - just one stop on the metro will take you
to "Placa Catalunya" - the city's main square. The
Bus station "Estacion del Norte" is also right next
to the Arc de Triomf, with several bus stops to visit the city
sights.
The neighbourhood has many supermarkets, cafés, restaurants,
banks, and the Catalunya Auditorium is also just 2 minutes from
the apartment, in the same street. Gaudi's "Sagrada Familia"
is a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Also close to the apartment
is the "Monumental" Bullfighting riong, and museum.
The National Theatre of Catalunya is also a 5 minute walk from
the apartment. South of the apartment, is "Cuitadella Parc"
- named the garden of the city, with the city Zoo, fountains,
and botanical gardens. From here, the street takes you down
to the "Villa Olympica" or the "Olympic Village",
which in turn, marks the beginning of the beach area. All of
this is just a 15 - 20 minute walk from the apartment.
