Sant
Jeroni Studio is a brand new studio apartment fit for up to 4 people. This brand
new apartment has been very stylishly decorated, and has 40m2.The front balcony
doors open out onto the Rambla Raval, where you can watch the locals, or sit and
sunbathe a little whilst planning your day. There is a very modern kitchen, with
oven, microwave, hot plate, and plenty of room to prepare food. There is also
a beautiful glass table and 4 dining chairs, along with all the cooking utensils,
crockery, cutlery, etc. to prepare food. Next to the entrance is a brand new and
big wardrobe for all clothes during the stay. There is a snug, king-size sofa
bed and two comfortable armchairs. Then there is a great pull down bed, which
is so easy to use - you effortlessly pull down the bed to sleep and then gently
return it to the position and the special mechanism do all the work for you. It's
so easy!! The bathroom has a toilet a big shower (120X80) and a stylish sink with
a large vanity mirror.

The
apartment is situated on the new Rambla del Raval - a wide Mediterranean Avenue
lined with Palm trees - One of Barcelona's major tourist attractions The Gaudi
Palace, a building which established Gaudi´s international reputation for
original architecture is just a 5 minute walk and the Harbour with Christopher
Columbus surveying the waterfront from the top of a 60 meters and the luxurious
marina and beach is a further south 5 minute stroll. Sant Pau del Camp is one
of the most important examples of Romanesque architecture in the city of Barcelona
and is 1 minute's stroll from the apartment. When first founded in 912, the church
stood in the country, well outside the city walls. However, the current church
building, constructed in the 12th century, is very much a part of the city and
a beautiful urban park was inaugurated in 1992
Near to the apartment
there are many small shops and bakeries to buy all the necessary items for your
stay, as well as Internet cafes and bars. Also, the apartment is well communicated
with public transport - the San Antonio metro station is just a minutes walk away,
as is the Liceu metro station on Las Ramblas. The centre of the city, Las Ramblas,
Placa Catalunya, the Gothic Quarter and the city's Cathedral are all close to
the apartment - just a 10 minute walk.
