is a first floor apartment with elevator, and has 100m2.
The huge living
room has a comfortable L-Shaped sofa, a triple sofa bed, and modern decoration.
There is a stylish glass table and chairs, and big, double-glazed windows with
amazing unique views of the Sagrada Familia Cathedral. The living room also has
a big hammock to relax while watching the big screen TV, or even for someone to
sleep on for one of the best night's sleep you'll have! The apartment is also
air-conditioned.
Adjoining the living room is a brand new kitchen. The
units are white, complimented by black marble surfaces and a breakfast bar with
4 stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, gas hob, fridge freezer,
dishwasher, and all the crockery and cutlery you need to prepare meals. In the
outside utility room, there is a washing machine and clothes dryer. This space
can also be used to store luggage.
One bedroom has a sofa, which can also
be used as two single bunk beds. There is also a double sofa bed, and mirrored
fitted wardrobes. Next to this bedroom is the first bathroom. This is a full marble
bathroom, with toilet, sink and shower.
The master bedroom has a huge
bed (3m) and also a special massage mattress to guarantee a good night's sleep.
This room also has the same fitted mirrored wardrobes with tons of storage space
for everyone. This bedroom also has an e-suite bathroom, with hydromassage bath
with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. |

The
location of the apartment couldn't be better. The landmark of Barcelona is on
your doorstep, and what better view than the Sagrada Familia. There are various
bars, café´s and restaurants in the vicinity, as well as bakeries,
supermarkets and shops. The tourist bus stops right outside the Cathedral, taking
you on two routes through the whole city to see all the sights. If you prefer
to go at your own aire, then hop on one of the two metro lines - again, less than
a minute's walk from the apartment block. From here, you can access any part of
the city - 4 stops takes you to the university, where you can walk down the shopping
street of Pelayo, which leads to Placa Catalunya - the city's main square, and
also the start of Las Ramblas. From here, amble down the most famous street in
the city, where you can see the street performers, artists, flowers, etc. The
Gothic Quarter is just next to here, with the cathedral and the famous architecture.
Continue south, and you'll see the port and Marina, the IMAX Cinema, the Aquarium,
etc.
