The Placa Universitat apartment
is a brand new, luxury apartment, right in front of the University building in
the centre of the city. This 3rd floor apartment, with elevator, is a very big
apartment (110m2), and has three double bedrooms, each with wardrobes and long
window doors, looking out onto the street. One of the bedrooms also has an en-suite
bathroom.
This apartment has recently been restored, and everything is
brand new. The full kitchen has oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, hob, microwave
and all the crockery and cutlery you need to prepare food. There are two bathrooms
in the apartment, one en-suite, and another next to the other two bedrooms. The
very big living room has a dining area, and two comfortable sofas. The apartment
is also fully air-conditioned. |

The
location of the apartment is very central. This is the "Placa Universitat",
in front ofone of the city's main university buildings. In front of the building
is the metro stop, which will take you on any journeys outside of the city. Alternatively,
you are just a 3 minute walk to Placa Cataluyna - the city's main square, and
the start ofd the famous "Ramblas". From here, explore the delights
of the Gothic Quarter, the Picasso museum, the Cathedral, and some of the best
architechture the city has to offer. Speaking of which, you are just a 5 minute
walk from Paseo de Gracia, which houses two of Gaudi's most famous buildings.
With such a central locationt and such a central apartment, you are sure
to have a very comfortable stay in this great apartment.
