apartment in a centenary building, with the apartment keeping old styles, like
the visible wooden beams, to give a cosy and rustic feeling.
The main bedroom
has a double bed with bedside tables, and ample wardrobe space. The living room
has a double sofa bed, a table and chairs for dining, a balcony looking out into
the street, a TV and music system and also air-conditioning. The brand new kitchen
has full crockery and cutlery, fridge/freezer, microwave, cafetera, teapot, etc.
The bathroom has all new installations, with a large shower tray and shower, toilet,
sink and vanity mirror. This third floor apartment (no lift) also has a washing
machine, iron and ironing board, and fresh linen and towels. |

location of the apartment is in the heart of the city - just a few steps to Las
Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya. This pedestrian street has many fashion shops and
with the mix of tourists and Barcelona's own folk, gives a cosmopolitan and multicultural
feeling, typical of the "old town" of Barcelona. A perfect place for
shopping lovers, but also culture vultures - the apartment is just a 2 minute
walk from the Modern Art Museum, the wax museum, and the Grand "Liceu"
theatre.
