Caspe is a one-bedroomed apartment,
with a completely new re-decoration, combining the traditional styles of Barcelona
with modern décor to give a very cosmopolitan feel - and all at just 5
minute's walk to Las Ramblas.
This 3rd floor apartment, with elevator, has
a brand new colourful tiled bathroom, with a big shower, a sink and vanity mirror,
toilet and heated towel rail. The kitchen and dining area, like the rest of the
apartment, has the traditional tiled floorings of the old Barcelona apartments.
The kitchen is brand new, and has everything you need to prepare breakfast, meals
and snacks, including toaster, coffee maker, all pots, pans, cutlery and crockery,
etc. There is a new table and chairs, just in front of the balcony doors.
The main room is a very large suite/room, with a double bed, a wordrobe for hanging
clothes, a desk, a sofa and original rug, TV and air-conditioning, too. Fresh
towels and bed linen are also provided. |

The
apartment is located in Calle Caspe - just one block north from "Placa Catalunya"
- the city's main square, and the start of the famous "Ramblas". From
here you can take the tourist bus, traveling round the city at your leisure, and
stopping to view the places of interest. Alternatively, amble down Las Ramblas,
and take in a slice of Barcelona life, the enchanting Gothic Quarter, and the
beautiful harbour. Two of the city's most famous buildings - Antoni Gaudi's "La
Pedrera" and "Casa Batllo" - are just a stone's throw away from
the apartment, too. The area is also full of shops, supermarkets, local grocers
and bakers, etc.
