CONSTRUCTION QUALITY: Impeccable. The duplex is almost new and is perfectly kept. The floors are wooden, the doors are made of oak with brass latches, the windows are double glazed, and the lavatory, bathroom and kitchen are impeccable. All is of excellent quality, and so the sanitary and electrical installations.
