Radio and two comfortable double sofa beds. The loft apartment
is a world of its own; the double bed is located in a different
area separated by a folding screen, the apartment has 2 bathrooms,
AIR CONDITIONING and CENTRAL HEATING. The building is equipped
with a LIFT.

l'Eixample district just 10 minutes walk from the Plaza Cataluña
and 10 minutes walk from the Born district or La Ribera, famous
