This newly designed, stylish apartment has 1 double bedroom
with wardrobes. Next door, there is a twin bedroom, again with
wardrobes. Both bedrooms have new double glazed windows (although
they are internal, so extremely quiet), and therefore lots of
natural light. 1 bathroom with large shower plate, and marble
fittings, sink with large mirror, and toilet. Fresh towels are
of course provided.
The living room has a double sofa bed, and dining table with
chairs for 6, and a small balcony. The kitchen is well equipped,
with kettle, toaster, washing machine, fridge, juicer, all crockery
and cutlery, etc. The apartment also has a CD/Stereo player,
TV, Iron and ironing board, Air-conditioning (hot and cold)
and is on the 2nd Floor with Lift/Elevator. |

brand new apartment (April 2004) is located in the heart of
the old town, on the Rambla del Raval - a wide avenue lined
with palm trees, just 6/7 minutes walk away from Las Ramblas
and the city's port and harbour. One of the city's main attractions,
The Gaudi Palace, is just a 5 minute walk away. Many small shops
and bakeries offer the necessary items for your stay, as well
as Internet cafes and bars. San Antonio & Drasaness metro
stations are just a few minutes walk away - heading down to
Columbus monument and the port. The Gothic Quarter and the city's
cathedral await you on the other side of Las Ramblas, along
with the Picasso museum, amongst others.
