A nice apartment with sleeps for up to 5 persons. The space
consists out of a spacious living room where you will the dining
table and chairs and sofas to relax from your daily activities.
Next to this living room you will find the fully equipped kitchen.
The sleeping facilities are divided in 2 bedrooms. One with
a little balcony and 1 double bed. The other also provides 1
double bed and 1 individual bed. Please note that the sleeping
facility for 2 persons consists out of a bed, which is placed
above the ground and should be reached with a stairs. It's not
possible to sit up straight in this bed. Furthermore you will
dispose of air-conditioning and a heating system, which will
provide you just the right climate during the colder winter
days and the hot summer. |

The
apartment is situated in the neighbourhood Poble Nou, a part
of Barcelona that has it's own stories to tell. Between down
town Barcelona and the better Barcelona beaches. What used to
be an old and historic place with old late 19th century buildings
is no converting in a mix between those old buildings and new
modern ones. This characteristic old neighbourhood is planned
to be the host for the 2004 World Forum on culture, held in
Barcelona. No wonder the local government is doing everything
to give a special touch to this already special and attractive
neighbourhood.
It is just a short walk to the Rambla del Poble Nou. A long
and broad promenade, which crosses right through the whole Poble
Nou neighbourhood, right down to the Mediterranean. While walking
you will find bars, pubs and shops alongside this promenade.
Justs wonderful to stroll down during the summer, catching a
nice late summer breeze.
The underground, which will take you in just 7 minutes to the
inner city of Barcelona, is just 50 meters from your apartment.
Also there a good connections with autobuses which go from the
Poble Nou Area to downtown Barcelona.
