- Reservation : To reserve the apartment a Credit Card number is needed, this information is only required if the client cancels 15 days within the arrival date, in this case we charge the 40% of the total amount.

- Cancellation : If the client cancels within 15 days to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount to the Credit Card.

- Credit Card Information : Your credit card shall only be used to guarantee your reservation against cancellations. No charge shall be made to your credit card at the time of making the reservation. We don't store your Credit Card Information in any Personal data file.

- Arrival Day : Clients must report us of the arrival hour to the apartment. A person will
be waiting in the apartment until the client arrives.

- Payment : The client pays in cash Euros the total amount in the arrival day. Also a returnable damage deposit of 150 Euros is required .
Payment with Credit Card is possible and is subject to a 3% charge. We only accept Visa or MasterCard. The clients have to inform us in advance if they want to pay with Credit Card.

- Arrival & Exit Hours : The apartment is available at 15:00 hours in the arrival day and must be free at 11:00 hours in the exit day. However if there isn't an entrance in the exit day the exit time is flexible.
